Provider Search is an on-line directory of participating providers that will display up to 25 possible healthcare providers in the area you select. Once you become a member you will be given access to our entire provider directory when you call Members Services. Please be aware that this list may change at anytime due to the changes in provider practices that we are unable to control.
To reduce confusion and program recognition contact Member Services prior to contacting or visiting your choice of provider. While you may receive a discount of 5 to 50% when you visit a participating provider, our "guaranteed savings discount" only applies when you visit a doctor's office or dentist that has been confirmed through Members Services.
If your current provider is not already on our extensive provider list you may nominate them to join by calling Member Services.
