This service offers 24-hour access to a Registered Nurse, 365 days a year, to answer your healthcare questions, in English and Spanish.

When you need help determining whether or not you or a family member needs to see a doctor, or when no one else is available to give you medical advice, our professional nurses are there to help. They can help with symptom assessment and can direct you to the best resource for your health care needs.


The 24-hour Nurse Hotline provides:

  • Access to an audio library of health related topics.
  • Self care techniques for common symptoms.
  • Explanations on what to expect during a medical test.
  • Help from a registered nurse who can answer questions regarding:
    • Diagnostic and surgical procedures
    • A recently diagnosed medical condition
    • Prescription and over the counter medication information.
  • Reduction of unnecessary ER and physician visits.
  • All calls are kept confidential.


How To Use Your Program
  1. Simply call the toll-free Nurse Hotline number in your membership kit.

This plan provides discounts at certain healthcare providers for medical and ancillary services. This plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. Members are required to pay the provider the discounted rate at the time of service. It is the members responsibility to confirm with Member Services that a provider is an active participant of the program prior to seeing that provider.
