As a member, you can visit any participating dentist as often as you like and save an average of 5 to 30% off area dental procedures* for you and your eligible family members. The dental program includes savings on routine dental services, such as cleaning, x-rays and fillings as well as crowns, root canals, dentures, oral surgery orthodontics, peridontics and cosmetic dentistry where available.

Exclusions
The following services or treatments are excluded from the dental program: dental care services in progress or provided before the membership effective date in the program; experimental procedures; IV sedation; services outside the scope of the participating dentist's practice. Providers are not obligated to charge Members any specified rates for such excluded services.

This plan provides discounts at certain healthcare providers for medical and ancillary services. This plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. Members are required to pay the provider the discounted rate at the time of service. It is the members responsibility to confirm with Member Services that a provider is an active participant of the program prior to seeing that provider.
